Rattling Good Yarns Press will typically ship a book via United States Postal Service Media Mail, though may from time to time choose an alternated method. If you wish a different shipping method other than USPS media, please contact us at orders@b5b5b3d308.nxcli.net to inquire as to the shipping options available and the additional applicable charges. If you are located outside of the 50 United States of America please contact us directly at the email address provided above and we will advise you of the shipping method and charges.

Returns Policy
We know sometimes it’s hard to keep track of all the great books we offer – and now and then you buy a book by mistake. Email us at orders@b5b5b3d308.nxcli.net within 24 hours of a mistaken purchase, and we’ll exchange your purchase price for a refund or store credit. We regret that we cannot refund shipping charges on paperback and hardcover books. If you wish to return for a refund or store credit, we will provide you with an address for where to ship the paperback or hardcover book, you will also be responsible for the return shipping charges. The book must be undamaged upon arrival back at our warehouse. Rattling Good Yarns Press cannot be responsible for paperback or hardcover books damaged or lost in shipping.
